How to know that one of the yahoo user has blocked me ?

If you get the message "You cannot view this question at this time" the user has definitely blocked you. Let me explain what might have happened... Quite a few users, especially those with a higher amount of points, get targeted by trolls frequently who report them falsely and try to get their account deleted - that's why we set our questions and answers to private. We also hide our contacts, because often times they get targeted too when we get targeted - if we wouldn't allow any contacts at all, you would have gotten a message saying so the minute you tried to add the contact you are referring to. But some of us allow contacts we trust, so when somebody new appears in our list of fans, we might check his account background, and if for example the new fan has a contact who we personally had trouble with in the past, we might block the new fan in order to avoid trouble. Note: adding somebody makes you his fan, but he isn't your contact until he re-adds you. And only contacts can view each other's YA profiles if they are hidden. About the Pulse profiles: their content can be hidden almost completely from public view, but as soon as you use a personalized avatar you need to keep it open.

If you can't access the profile of someone then its not meant that he had blocked you... If he set his account in Private.. Then only his contacts can access his questions and answers... But in your case "YOU CANNOT VIEW THIS QUESTION AT THIS TIME".... This message would be displayed only when the user has blocked you... So you have been blocked by that person..

He hasnt blocked you. He is just hiding his data from you or maybe all users. Had he blocked you, you wouldnt be able to even view his profile. :)

yes. that person may have blocked you friends do it if they hav any small fight or misunderstandings give some time to that person... he/she may add u as friend again

i think he is yet to add you as a contact, i am little lazy in adding contacts might be the same with him also

It happened to me in the same way as the other chap said and as I started to get higher up in the points, and all of a sudden All these Trolls started to dob me in for no reason and by the time I woke up to what was going on, it was to late and I got suspended and lost 21,000 points. I had to start again with no points. Don't ever think that Yahoo will help you, they WONT. I begged them, I pleaded with them. No good. Yahoo really needs to take a good long hard look at itself. These days I have no one in my contacts.
