Go here: https://edit.yahoo.com/config/change_pw? Enter in your current password in the first box, then your new password in the second and third boxes (the latter for verification purposes). Click Save when you're done. Then you'll receive an email from Y! (delivered to your alternate address) that confirms you've changed your password.
