How do I delete a yahoo 360 account?

I deleted my yahoo account, hoping my 360 would delete, but it won't. Does anyone know how long it will take?

  • Does anyone know how long it will take for my 360 to disappear? I deleted my Yahoo account, but my 360 is still there..grrr. While back I did the same w/ another account and the 360 did delete, but this time, I think I am cursed, lol.. Some one help me if you can. I know it can be deleted.. I just want to know if anyone knows how long it takes. I want it GONE!!! Thankyou..Amy

    ur account will be deactivated & then deleted from user registration database in approximately 90 days. This delay is necessary to discourage users from engaging in fraudulent activity. goodluck ^_^

even though your able to delete your yahoo account, you notice your still able to write a question from here using your account...... your account will stay active on 360 for many months until it expires ...... it use to stay open for at least 6 months but i'm sure yahoo has the profile gone in 3 months by now

I tried that too, but unfortunately, it won't be deleted. It will always stay there. I know this because I went to the help section of Yahoo services.

It might take a couple of days. You may have to login to your Yahoo! 360º and close it from there.
