I cant access my Yahoo Mail nor can i log in on Yahoo MSG?

i had the same problem. First thing came into my mind is that my account was hacked. OMG. But thank god, i wasn't alone. I've already sent a trouble ticket to Yahoo! CC. Hope that it'll be fixed soon...

Same thing happened to me 24 hours ago, and judging from your complains, dated 13 to 24 hours ago too, I gather this might be a Yahoo! problem. Suddenly the messenger collapsed and than I couldn't log in. Tried to reset password, I got error 9024 (which I never saw before in my life, and I had like 20 yahoo accounts over the years). I was concerned that a certain someone may have broken into my account. You somewhat put my mind at ease. I sent two mails to customer care and I'm still waiting for an answer. The 48 hours will be up in another 24. If anyone manages to resolve this, please let me know how. Thank you! Later edit: I also got that "Yahoo may sometimes close an account" answer too. I find it insulting, because they didn't give any explanation. OF COURSE I didn't do anything to violate any terms or conditions. But if they think I did, they should at least show some respect, as we are not serial killers, and just tell me what it is. And, of course, maybe give me and the others in the same situation a chance to a proper dialog. On second thought, serial killers DO know what they are being locked up or senteced to death for. And they have the right to speak TO someone in charge, not AT a monitor. 19.08.2009 I got my id back today!! Out of the blue!
