Can anyone tell me how i can get my old email address back?

my computer was messeds up for couple day and when it was fixed they ask me to get new email andi did, but i am no receiving no mail,which i know i should receive some. i can see them popping up on the bottom of screen. i want my old email back cause i know i have lots of messages, Can anyone help? thank you
