How do I open my other email account?

A person used my daughter's email account to open up an account on a chat room website how do I catch her?

  • This account was opened with my daughter's email, and she has been using my daughter's email to communicate with people. What can I do to catch this person? She has denied the whole thing, but all the pieces of the puzzle point to her. Her father is in denial and isn't listening to what I am telling him at all. I've contacted the local authorities, but they are dragging their feet. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
