Does anyone know how to retrieve an outlook express password please?

I changed my password in yahoo mail and now can't use outlook express anymore. I have tried to go through the tools menu in Outlook Express but it won't let me in with the new password and I can't remember what it was before I changed it. I have spent all afternoon trying to get back to where I started HELP please thank you

Just delete the old mail account in Outlook and setup it up again with the new username & password from scratch
