How can i access my yahoo email when i have forgotten one of my secret question answers?

  • I have forgotten my password and also forgotten the answer to my 2nd secret question on my yahoo email account.i can answer the first question correctly but not the 2nd.i really really need to access my email account,i know my family has tried to hack it and my life will be at risk if i don't access my email and delete the account.I have been faithful and have not done terrible things by normal standards,but by my culture the email account will 100% destroy my life.i really really need to delete it.i wont be stupid and read things i shouldn't again and i wont have friends my family don't know about (even though they are just friends only)i have stopped talking with my friends now,i just want my family to love me and not leave me.please please serious advice is needed. i know there is a forgot your password option,i have emailed yahoo and just get a generic response email to another email address the i made.i cant find auk customer service number for yahoo anywhere,cant find a complaints number for yahoo.please please help.....May God bless you for your time to answer my question. please no silly answers,this is v v v serious. Thank you

    Yahoo has no way to verify an account is yours except as follows. A credit card and a date of birth on file . An alternate email address on file. A cell phone number on file. The answers to the 2 security questions. Accounts will close automatically if there is no activity. The time is 6 months plus 2 months for each year you have been an member. ʎəɿʞɹɐq  ̊ ͜͡● ̊

Well why not sit down with a Pen and paper write down all ie like fav colour ,nickname ,etc and you may then remember your password.I am not sure google Yahoo customer service number ? there may not be a number but just give them feedback info but first just go through your list of names ,nicknames and colours good luck !!
