Is there ANY way to retrieve my Yahoo account if i can not remember the security question?

My account was hacked, I cant get into my email or anything else. Keep getting invalid ID or password. But for the life of me I can not remember what i chose as my security question or answer. Or maybe that was changed somehow to. Is there any way to get it back ?? Or am I SOL ?? I'm REALLY REALLY pissed cause I've had this ID since the 90's...So if anyone has an idea or solution I'd like to hear it !!! Thxs
