How do I get an IM account?

I accidently deleted my computer administrator account now im on a limited account how do i get it back ?

once again im on a limited account and i do not have admin account because i deleted i am using windows XP and do not have restore disc :( well i cant find it ... HELP!!!
Answer:

There should be a default admin account without a password unless you added one. Start the computer in Safe Mode. Hold the F8 key during startup until the page with advanced options appears. Select safe mode. ʎəɿʞɹɐq ̊ ͜͡● ̊
