How to send money to Kenya?

Some one robbed my E-mail ID & Password and asked for money with all of my friends. How to deal with it ?

  • Below is the fraudulent E-mails all my friends have received :- How are you doing today? I am sorry i didn't inform you about my traveling to UK for a program called "Empowering Youth to Fight Racism, HIV/AIDS, Poverty and Lack of Education, the program is also taking place in three other major countries in Africa which is Ghana , South Africa and Kenya . It as been a very sad and bad moment for me, the present condition that i found myself is very hard for me to explain.I am really stranded in UK because I forgot my little bag in the Taxi where my money, passport, documents and other valuable things were kept on my way to the Hotel am staying, I am facing a hard time here because i have no money on me. I am now owning a hotel bill of 1050 euro and they wanted me to pay the bill soon else they will have to seize my bag and hand me over to the Hotel Management, I need this help from you urgently to help me back home, I need you to help me with the hotel bill and i will also need 1250 Euro to feed and help myself back home so please can you help me with a sum of 2300 Euro to sort out my problems here? I need this help so much and on time because i am in a terrible and tight situation here, I don't even have money to feed myself for a day which means i had been starving and also they hotel management are not allowing me to make or receive calls,so please understand how urgent i need your help.i have decided not tell my family so that they will not be worried.when I return I will tell them and they will understand.I am sending you this e-mail from the city Library and I only have 30 min, I will appreciate what so ever you can afford to send me for now and I promise to pay back your money as soon as i return home so please let me know on time so that i can forward you the details you need to transfer the money through Western Union.Hope to hear from you.     dont worry no body robbed your e-mail id & password... i think you may have given your mail in any online transaction like registering in job portal ..like this... they mainly got the e-mail id from there only these are all spam dont reply to it simply delete it.. always do change your password in 15 day interval.. its a better idea...

Change your pass word / Use three numbers and alternating capital letters for the three letters you chose . You can also use a birthday like 12-16-06 only you will put it as . one2-one6-zero6 or OnE2-oNe6-ZeRo6 . Then get with all your mail list and send out an explication of what has happen . And from now on every 2 weeks change the way that you use that birthday in typing the numbers . .

Still happening? Anyone can trace an email back and get the IP address of the computer, which can be then used in a police report. This is fraud what they are doing, it is a crime. If they do it to you, they will do it to another. They are not nice people that will stop what they are doing without BEING stopped. If they are using public computers, sooner or later there will be a security camera. I think that probably all your friends knew and realized this did not come from you anyway.

The same thing happened to me few weeks back. Then i changed my password with Alpha neumeric Password of 12 characters. The hacker will be a known person to you or u might have used ur password & id at any net browsing centers. I cracked the passsword he has set with the forgot password option. now i keep changing my password every week. the worst thing he did was to sent prono site links from my id to all the ppl in my address book instead of asking for money..
