How do I set up a new email address with BT?

How do i set up a second email address?

  • My partner wants his own email address on my computer but when i try to enter his details in "switch user account" its trying to dial a connection and i have "always on bt broadband" so it should automatically connect. Can he set up an email address using my account?

    If you are on BT Broadband your computer should not be dialing any connection no matter what your doing. It sounds like you are signing him up for a seperate user on your computer,which has nothing to do with email accounts. Goto the page in which you sign in to your email account,it will say at the bottom do you wish to sign in or register a new user,he then needs to follow the instructions from that. http://edit.europe.yahoo.com/config/login?.intl=uk&.partner=bt-1&.done=http%3a//bt.yahoo.com/%3f If you have any problems i would advise you call bt they will talk you through it.

just sign out then go to Yahoo then it says yahoo mail click Sign Up and then fill out the informaition

The way I do it is this way for BT Broadband: 1. I log in to view my email 2. I then from the I clcik My Account, next to Sign Out 3. Verify my password 4. Click on Manage Sub Accounts (On the right) 5. Create New Sub Account
