Reset password for hotmail?

Im trying to reset my password b/c i forgot it for my hotmail account. Well when i click on send to alternate email its sends the link to my yahoo email. But when i click on the link another window opens and it just continually says "loading" but it never does anything else. Can someone please help on what to do

make up you a new way of spelling the name you used and if you get back in use a simple password that you know others will not be able to just pick up on log in on your account
