How can i get my old yahoo account?

so the deal is i used to have a yahoo account, then i linked that account to my facebook page, but then i made a hotmail account and decided to link my facebook to that address intead of yahoo, and i forgot about that account, the password and even the email address. A year after that, i decided to go back to yahoo because i noticed hotmail had a lot of bugs, and since i had forgotten about the old one i thought about making a new one, but last night i wanted to link my new yahoo account to facebook again, but it doesnt let me, it says i have to unlink the other account to access the new one. So i was wondering what can i do to fix my problem?
