How do i create another yahoo e-mail?

Ok i have yahoo plus, i want to create/add a completely new and seperate email, how do i do that?

ok i am wanting to make this new email completely seperate from my existing one. i tried adding another email and it didnt work, it linked it to my existingone and logged me into the same damn email from my existing one! how do i do this? i know i can so how can i?

I looked this up on Yahoo! Help - they say: The only way to POP more than one Yahoo! account into a different email client is to purchase Yahoo! Mail Plus separately for each account. Now, my daughters have more than one (free) Yahoo email address - because for in High School they "got tired of the same address after a while" - but they don't have 'Plus'. I think they just registered new accounts.
