How do I change my main email address on Verizon Yahoo?

I just cancelled my Verizon.net email account with Verizon DSL. I want to keep my Yahoo mail account?

  • I am awareof the fact that I cannot continue to use the verizon.net domain as an email address. But can I change the email account to yahoo.com and keep all of current email messages in my verizon.net inbox, including those stored in the inbox?

Your Verizon account does not effect Yahoo in any way.

Just keep your Yahoo e-mail address...You can sign in at any server and keep all your addys! They won't disappear....Your E-Mail addy brings them all back including your contacts, address list etc. They own the site...they don't own your e-mails, and can't mess with them...They know better...been sued too many times.
