Can I transfer my Yahoo answer points to another account?

• I will stop using att services on which I use Yahoo services as @sbcglobal.net. I would like to keep my current yahoo answers points as well as receive E-mail previously sent to this account. Already created another @yahoo.com account. how do I link them or transfer the info?
