I have forgotten my email address!?

A while back I was signing up for the act and i made up a email. i guess i did not save the information and now i can not remember the email. and in order to regester again i need the email. but i do remember that when i made the email, it askd me to use a extra email or something like that. is there anyway i can get on MY email the one i actually remember to see what the one i made up was? if that makes any sence?
