How do find out the name of a person or location of the user of an email address?

  • Someone stole my credit card info and then set up a yahoo email address using my name to place an order. I'd like to find out the name or location of the user of the email address.

I think you need to make a police report. Then the police may tell you who it is. I would also call your cc company, so they can cancel your card.
