I used to have SBC DSL, i made a sbc/yahoo email account and then when i lost my DSL i lost my account as well

  • People still email me on my [email protected] account, but i cant access it because i dont have SBC/Yahoo DSL anymore. i have a new email [email protected] and i am wondering if i could forward all emails to my old account to my new one.

  • Answer:

I hope this will help you. You have 60 days to change the account to Yahoo!. After canceling your High Speed Internet service, you will receive complimentary Dial service for 60 days, which includes full access to your AT&T Yahoo! account. If you attempt to log into the Yahoo! network (att.yahoo.com) using your Yahoo! ID and password after 60 days, you will be given the option to create a new Yahoo! ID and transfer your AT&T Yahoo! Member ID's data and preferences to it. After 100 days, the data and preferences from your AT&T Yahoo! Member ID will be deleted. http://helpme.att.net/article.php?item=3590 This link is for both ATT and SBC
