How to get my Gmail contacts to my Yahoo account?

Yahoo Mail account acting strange?

I have had an account for years. about two months ago all my contacts received some pretty nasty emails and I did everything Yahoo told me to do to fix the damage. But lately things have been very frustrating. I get a message on my iPhone that my account passwords are invalid. This is also my backup account for my gmail address which also has seemed to have turned on me every time my yahoo does. Every few weeks or so I have to change my password and reverify everything. which now requires text messaging, questions, etc. Which is all good and fine but its getting to be a bit much! Any ideas on what is causing the disturbance?
