Is there an easy way to re-add all contacts to a new msn account?

I recently made a new email address, and I want to add all my contacts from my old MSN account to a new one. Is there anyway to do this without having to add all of my contacts one at a time?

get MSN Plus (google for link) download it, login, then click tools save contact list, then signn into new account click Tools Load contact list
