• i no longer need it or want it & im dont just wanna leave it really... how do i delete it?

  Open you main hot mail page as if your going to read your mail messages. Then on the right side of that page where your user name is. Above where it says profile|sign out place/hover your mouse on your user name. Another window will open then click on where it says account in that drop down window. When the next page opens at the bottom of that page under other options click on. Close your account this will do what your looking to do. After you click on close your account when the next page opens just follow the prompts. JTSYS
