How can i change my email address, without losing my old emails?

If i change my email address, will emails sent to my previous address still reach me?

• I am with yahoo mail, i am going to keep my email provider but would like to change my email address to a shorter address, my email address is currently [email protected], if i were to change it to something like [email protected] , would messages sent to the first address still reach me and come through to my new one since my provider is the same? Thanks

  Your email address can't be changed while retaining your account. This is the next best thing. You can create an alias email address that will go to the same mailbox as your primary email ID. Just go to this page. http://edit.yahoo.com/config/list_alias Other than that you can create a new account by first signing out and then at sign in click on the link to create a new one. Mail will NOT be forwarded from the old account but you can keep as many accounts as you want. ʎəɿʞɹɐq  ̊ ͜͡● ̊
