How to reset my yahoo passwords WITH alternative email address and WITHOUT answering security answers?

i emailed yahoo customer services to no avail these dumb people keep asking my secret answer even though i told them i don't remember them but i could provide my birth date and other security questions, i just want to reset my password with my alternative address. once i was offered the possibility to do that but i don't know how to reproduce it thank you
