How to find users by email ID?

Whats a yahoo email addy for login support. Been 1.5 yrs and still cant resolve rough_edges2001\berriroyal id

Ever since yahoo had a problem back about 1.5 yrs ago with banning chat users by mistake after updating server software. I am still unable to enter any chatroom although i can still get into email. The 2 account id's are main id rough_edges2001 and berriroyal. I have been sending emails every month since then with the automated response of we are aware of the problem and will be resolved asap. I would like to actually contact a human and find out what is the big deal about fixing the accounts i have done nothing wrong. A reply would be appreciated. Thank-You
