A question about e-mail security?

I have a security question on my email so if i forget my password. is there any way to change my security ques

• i am worried that a family member will figure out the answer to my security question and i really need to change my security question. i have tried to figure it out myself, but i cant seem to find a way, if there is even a way. can anyone help?

  In order to change the security question you must know the question and answer. To change or update your Password Question and Secret Answer, send an email to: [email protected] For security reasons, we request that you send this information from the Yahoo! Mail account associated with the Password Question and Secret Answer. For the Subject of the email, type: Password Question and Secret Answer. In the text of the email, include: * Your Yahoo! Mail ID. * The ZIP code you gave when you registered for the account (non-U.S. residents, please include country). * Your birthdate. * The alternate (non- Yahoo!) email address listed for your Yahoo! ID. * Your current Password Question and Secret Answer (exactly as you entered them at registration). * Your new Password Question and Secret Answer. Please Note: The punctuation, spelling, and spacing of your new Secret Answer are important. We copy the Secret Answer exactly as it appears in your email.
