How do I change my password in my Yahoo email account?

  • How do I change my password in my Yahoo email account? It's not giving me that option on my account info, it just gives me the AT&T option. Someone is emailing from my address and I need to change my password. That option does not come up in my account information.

    You should have Account Information under Mail Options. Then there should be a link to change it under Sign-In and Security. Make sure you're logged in with your Yahoo address, not your AT&Tone. They're virtually identical. Hard to say much else without knowing what you're seeing. :)

To change your password assuming it's Yahoo http://edit.yahoo.com/config/change_pw before you change it back up any important mail you may have. Several people have lost their mail when changing the password.
