How do you set up a new email account?

• My boyfriend's just disappeared and he can't get to it again. It was a yahoo account. He found out that there are emails being sent from it and has no idea why since he has not been able to get on it for weeks. Tried to set up a new one but have not been successful. Any help is appreciated.

  If spam was actually sent from his account (not sent from elsewhere spoofing his address as sender), then it might have been suspended or deleted by Yahoo. First, try to recover the account. If it has been less that 90 days since it disappeared, sign in as normal with the address and password then click on "I can't access my account". Fill in the form and submit using the details when you first opened your account, or when you last edited the details. You will need the answers to your secret questions AND an alternate e-mail or mobile phone with internet! (possibly even your date of birth and zip or postal code). There are no guarantees that this will be successful. All your present information in the deleted account will be held in that account for that 90 days. You can then import your Contacts list from the old account to keep them. Mail will go to either account, but they are separate. Sign out of one to sign in again at the other.
