How to recover my yahoo password in to old one?

this is my ID ([email protected]) which I created in 2005 ,few days ago I have changed my yahoo password actually I forgot what was the new password i have tried to recover but I have forgot the secret question so now i have to things for proofing that this is my own ID i am not a hacker , I have facebook with this ID and the second is I have remember the old password, so please please please help me and show me how to recover my password ,and also I can say My old email subjects. note: this ID which i am sending email is mine , With Regards Mahboob Rahmaty
