How do i change my yahoo mail password?

my yahoo account has been compromised by a hacker and i need to change the password. I have tried to change it before but I think the "hacker" has it locked. I need help cause my contacts keep getting crap mail and viruses from me and I'm not doing it.

Your account got compromised. First change your password. Account help.http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/acct/in%E2%80%A6 for just about anything to do with your account. Then run anti Virus and Anti Spyware. Should be fine then.
