How Do I Correct E-mail Account Error?

Help! I can't access my email account. I got temporary error:LaunchTAE14.?

  • All day I've been unable to get into my email due to "temporary error", so I reset my password. Still can't access my email account. Now the error message reads: temporary error: ymws:Server.MailboxOpenFailed. Please email me the answer to [email protected]

  • Answer:

    The launch error is frustrating since it doesn't explain what is happening. Yahoo is working on the site and it is causing disruptions. You will be able to get in when the work is done. You can't fix it.
