How do you get your account suspended?

How do i get my points and contacts back after my account got suspended?

  • i was a level 3 and had a lot of contacts but now, sice my account got suspended, i maade a new account. isnt there any way to get my old account back or atleast the points and stuff?

    Yes there is a way you can do this. The only way you can get your Answers account back is by convincing Customer Care that the Community Guidelines were erroneously applied to your account during the suspension process. Suspensions are permanent. Gone forever. Unless you appeal against the suspension and it is successful. Anything to do with the account is also gone. To appeal you can use this form. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/answers/first_appeal.html And here is the final appeals form should the first not be successful. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/answers/final_appeal.html When appealing be polite, to the point, and as brief as possible. I wish you luck but don't hold your breath.
