Can't log into my Hotmail Account?

Hotmail account, please help!?

  • I have tried to get into my hotmail account as i need to verify something but i cannot login into my mail, it says someone has tried to log in too many times and my account has been temporarily blocked. It says to put my phone number in and they will send me a code, well i have done this and nothing has come through i have tried it 3 times gave it a day or two to see if it would come through and still nothing i have tried again today and just got the same. I have been onto the help site and clicked where it said something like 'if you do not receive it click here' and it just said i cant go any further as i need to sign in but i cant. i cant find anywhere to contact or anything and i really need into my account. someone help please? thanks

    It sounds like someone was trying to hack in your account so they decided to block it for safety reasons. it happened to me before, but on aol. when hotmail asks you for your phone number, don't put in your phone number, not a safe thing to do. you could call hotmail customer service 1-866-672-4551 good luck :-)
