Lost e-mail account from Yahoo small business web site?

• On my old e-mail account, I was hooked up with my Yahoo web site for e-mail to the site. The site was listed on the left side of the screen under my personal e-mail name. When I switched to the new e-mail, this has disappeared and I have no way of obtaining any e-mail from my web site. I even went to the site and sent myself an e-mail, but it apparently goes nowhere. I sent at least two requests for help to Yahoo, but no answer. PLEASE HELP. How do I get my e-mail from my Yahoo small business site?????? What do I do???? Can anyone help me???? I need to access this mail. Can you send me info to: [email protected] please!

  Hi Charles, there are 2 ways you can access your Business Email in the new Yahoo! mail interface. 1. Once logged in to your Yahoo! mail account just above the Yahoo! Mail logo you will see a greeting like "Hi, Charles" if you click on the greeting you will get a drop down menu that will have your Business Email address listed. Click on your Business Email address and you will be taken in to your business account. You will be able to tell you are in the business account because the logo at the top will say "Yahoo! Small Business" instead of "Yahoo! Mail" 2. The second method will take you directly to your Business Email without going to your free Yahoo! Mail account first. Using the address bar in your web browser go to mail.yourdomain.com (replace yourdomain.com with your domain name) If you are logged in you will be taken directly to your Business Email. If you are not logged in use your Business Email address as the Yahoo! ID and your normal Yahoo! password for the password. More information about the newest version of Yahoo!
