How can I create a new account on yahoo?

How can I access my POP account? I tried to create a regular Yahoo e-mail account but it never completed.?

  • They said that all that was available was a POP account whatever that is. Now I can't even access that. Maybe I should delete it and start over, but I can't access it! If I try to send mail to it, I get the MAILER DEMON failure. I have tried to get to the page that would help me, but everytime I go to the Yahoo email help they end up asking for my original IDand password. or I get to the page where I can sign in and I can't remember the password, but there is no option for "Forgot password" on that page. Where do I go to either finish creating the account I wanted or at least get access to it? If I delete it I won't be able to re-create.
