Any way to retrieve a yahoo id that appears to have been stolen?

Hi guys, I can no longer log into my yahoo id and i think someone may have hacked in and changed my password, any way i can get this id back. Have contacted yahoo and got no answer, I run a business and this id is my mail address so its very important, please help. Thanks. Liam.

I got an email this morning, saying if I don't reply to a email claiming to be from yahoo, saying if I dont reply with my user id, password, my yahoo account will be supended.
