What are some really cool things about Yahoo accounts?

I want to delete my yahoo! account?

  • Alright so I want to delete my account to Yahoo because I get too any spam for things you would find in the pharmacy and those rolex replica watches. I try to block them but I think what they do is create more and more false yahoo accounts spam me and then delete the accounts. This just might be because whenever I try to email them saying that I dont want them and to stop harrassing me, it just says that address doesnt exist. What I want to do is delete my account and then open it back up if thats possible? if not ill just create another one with a different yet similar name. If I can use the same name, hopefully it might work because that worked for different websites too. but i dont know about yahoo though. At the very beginning I received about 100+ spam every single day and then it went down to maybe twelve and now its 20. But the thing is that theyre all the same thing which is hot dating, pharmacy things for men, and those watches i mentioned before. If anybody can help me i will really really appreciate it. I deal with this everyday. I just want it to stop.

The SPAM are not from other Yahoo accounts. The "from" address are fake. The SPAM come from unprotected mail servers. Most mail servers like GMAIL, Cox Communications, Verizon, etc do not protect their servers. You can send an e-mail to anyone and put any address you like in the "From" field. No password is required. Keep your Yahoo account.
