How do I edit my YAHOO site when my account has been suspended??
-
I have a site built with yahoo site builder. Yahoo has told me that one of my 'yahoo answers' is in violation of the rules and said they're suspended my account - " with no chance of reinstatement" It then also goes on to say "Once an account is disabled for a violation of the Terms of Service, the subscriber to the account will lose the ability to log in and access the account and its contents (including email and content stored with any other Yahoo! service). The account also will not be reactivated. " Soooo how the hell am I supposed to control my credit card info, etc. I pay them 12$ mnth to have a site and they're pulling this crap. Yes, I've emailed them...but what happens then they cut the account and I can't even get into my email? For the record, I've read that some ppl have got 20 notices ; I got one. A 15 yr old kid asked how to make money from home using the net without getting a real job. I told him he cant , unless he performs sex acts for creepy men and to get a real job. It was obviously a joke! Yet they'll allow a 13 yr old to post 1/2 nude pics and ask ppl if she's pretty. I will be super pissed if they keep charging me because I can't get into my account. Not to mention this email addy is on all my business cards!

YA is losing their minds and it is so stupid. They are ridiculous.
Just a girl!
If they refuse to remove your credit card from there system you can contact police in USA if the account is .com and UK police if it is yahoo.co.uk Before you contact the police you can contact consumer protection based on the extension of the domain name were you have the account. I doubt they will refuse to remove your credit card info, but you must to ask for an email to prove your identity, that you are the real account holder, and ask for email were to send scanned documents. If you send sensitive information's like credit card scan, remove the last 4 digits from it at least. Is not in your best interest to contact authorities before you try the normal communication ways with the company.
