How can i get my hacked hotmail account back?

My hotmail account got hacked! Everything in it has been changed, password secret question! And i had a alot of important emails and contacts in there. Also i dont want the hacker to be messing around with my account. I tried to hack it and the reply i got was, 'dont you get it, i Hacked your password.' I really need it back as soon as possible! Please help me!
