How to change email address in myspace?

How do I change my myspace contact email address?

  • Ok, this is the problem i'm running into, I want to close my account but, the contact email I have for my myspace is the email address that I have closed down a long time ago from a msn email account. I'm trying to close it down but for submiting the final cancalation will just be sent to my contact email I CLOSED THAT ACCOUNT A LONG TIME AGO!!!! There's got to be another way to close my account. Is there another way to close my accout? Thank you.

    I'm sorry, but there is no way to do that. You simply need to make a new Myspace, or if you don't want a myspace anymore, then delet everything on it, including friends, layouts, birthday, name, etc., and then there is no way anyone will know it's you. Hope this helped.

are you sure you want to close it down? just got to the account setings and add a email account if not just add me and ill help you myspace.com/hunting_park

if you have a new email address,you can use that.when you go on myspace and click on edit profile,their will be a section in the top right corner that says "account settings";click on that.then all across the top there'll be "Contact Info|Account|Password|Privacy etc.click on Account and there'll be a section that says "Email Address"where it says "Contact Address" change your email.then they'll need you to confirm it so you'll need to go to your email and put in the confirmation code or click on the link they give you. ~~hope this helps~

You have to send them a picture of you holding a paper with your account number and you new email address and they will change the email address. Did you read the FAQ's on the site? It says how right on the page.....
