How do I open an email address with yahoo?

How can I change my yahoo email address and still be able to keep the actual acc open?

For security reasons yahoo do not allow you to change your email address you need to open a new account to get a different address, but you can create a extra yahoo email address within your present account to do so use this link. http://edit.yahoo.com/config/list_alias

Just make a sub account under your primary account.

Open another one.You can have as many as you like.Also open some in hotmail.You will have free hotmail on your toolbar.

I don't know if there is any way of converting yahoo ID to another but you can create as many aliases as you want, and you can logon to your account from anyone of these. just simply go to mail option->account information. well i think new yahoo mail doesn't show account options so you have to at mail classic interface. i hope it works for you

No, you cannot change your ID name or address. You can cancel the old account and open a new one with the desired information. Or simply open a new account with a different name and password, and use both.
