Why am I locked out in Yahoo mail?

My yahoo mail account is hacked or locked i feel tired and disgust ?

  • as for my best of knowledge last i last log in to my yahoo e mail account was 14/01/2012 and on 15/01/2012 morning i was trying to log in yahoo mail account it says user id and password wrong i am damn sure it is correct id ([email protected]) i sent to yahoo mail and checked with yahoo help customer care in net it is all sheer waste of time it is 10 years old id and i am sure some one is hacked my account and the system is such that i can't anything this is my third time i am putting here this question at least yahoo might help me out and this my sincere request my whole data is in soup i just ask how we are safe here remember last time it was happening with g mail but i given mobile verification and i am protected from the hackers i am really don't know what is my condition of account it is locked / hacked / blocked something else
