Is it possible to get your account back from being permanantly suspended on cabal online?

My account was SUSPENDED today!!! =( if i keep appealing, can i get it back??? PLEASE HELP!?

i really want my account back!!! I've sent two appeal emails and I posted one appeal in this appealing section. does anyone have any heart-warming appealing stories or encouragement??? I loved my old account. If i appeal and send/post enough appeals, do you think i'll get my account back??? i promised i would change whatever I did wrong!!! and i'm serious>< okay. thanks for the answers... to my first question under this unfamiliar and cold account='( *sobs*
