How to get my moms contacts back but the account is the same on the my ipod?

• Ok so I accidently deleted all of my moms contacts but the account thats on her phone is the same account thats on my ipod. I have no idea of how to get it back. I backed it up but it was all my stuff tht I had on my ipod. Is there any way to get it back? Go to the apple or at&t store. Now shes mad at me. Why the hell did u get a iphone anyway. She doesnt even no how to use the computer or how to text or do anything. I deserve the iphone not her. Shes so stupid. She askes me how to spell easy words like basket and other stuff.iPhone 4S.
