How do I cancel my account so I can get a new one?

How do I cancel a free aol account or get rid of my only aol screen name? If not-how do I block a screen name?

  • I don't want to talk to this one person, so I was going to cancel my aol account because I don't need it anymore anyway. But I've tried looking everywhere and I just can't find directions on how to successfully delete a free aol account screen name. Then I thought I might as well just block this other aol screen name, but I don't just want to block it from IMing me, but I want any email that I get from this ID to be sent back? lol..........anyone know how to do that? I'm not very 'technical' so pleaseeee someone help! Thanksssssssssssss *billo*

    http://info.aol.co.uk/help/webmail/email_controls_block_unblock.htm Follow those instructions to block someone from sending you e-mail. It does work and it's easier than deleting an aol account.
