Answer:
..........if your account has been stolen, there is not much chance you will get your ID back as all original info will be changed and although yahoo says it recognises original info, THEY DO NOT, as once the thief changes the ZIP and primary email the recovery process anywhere though yahoo is useless. Some will suggest you lock up the ID by multiple sign ins, this is useless as the thief can still get the ID in on another countries server DO NOT SIGN INTO ANY LINK THAT IS SENT TO YOU ON MESSENGER, EVEN IF IT IS A YAHOO SIGN IN PAGE, ALWAYS ENTER YAHOO THROUGH THE YAHOO HOME PAGE. now after all that feel safe clicking the link i'm posting you to read about what happened to you ID and how to avoid it happening again, and how to recover your ID.. http://www.freecreed.com/userid.html ... ...

i had the exact same thing happen to me and all i can say is try to report them, tho u never get a damn reply, especially if they r using your old id! but jus try to report to as many yahoo directors as u can. and also there is a new security seal thing u can make for your accounts...you can find it at the right hand corner of the box you sign in when u sign into ur mail. lemme know if i helped at all.

Yahoo won't do anything? Well, at least notify you credit card people and tell them to watch out for any big shopping sprees. Call them and ask to have your payments stopped on the emails and sent in the mail
