Is there anyway to deactivate an old Yahoo email address and put it up for someone else to use?
-
I have a few addresses I don't use anymore. They are ones that others might want to use as well. Is there any way to deactivate them and put them back on the market so someone else could use them?

Answer:
you sign into it, go to my account, and then cancel.

The easiest way is to just ignore them for over a month. Yahoo! will automatically cancel the account and the name will be available in another month.
