How do i get yahoo to reset my password to a different yahoo account?

This is my 2nd yahoo account. My first account I have had for a number of years and when I tried to log in the other night on account 1 it dad not like my password.I tried the help section but after not answering the 2nd security question right I was locked out for 12 hours. I tried again tonight after 20 hours and still could not log in. How do I get yahoo to reset my acct. 1 password and send me a notification to account 2?

The only way you can reset its password is to have a link sent to the existing alternate email address or answering both secret questions. There is no other way. ℬ ℋ
