I have got this email saying that it is from yahoo mail center. Is this true or this is way to hack my email.?

That's a phishing email. Don't respond to the message and give the phishers your personal information at all. Keep in mind Y! never sends you an email to verify your personal information, as this is already stored in the company's well-secured servers. Forward the email to the following addresses: [email protected] [email protected] Then turn around and have it spammed straight into oblivion right after that.
